There sat a Victorian doll basking in the moonlit night. Her eyes were but empty shells showing neither a spark nor a sign of life. She was covered in a thick layer of dust as if she was abandoned. Pale lips were slightly parted; was it a silent plea? Still, there she sat, patiently waiting for someone to come.
